Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Garments factory is looking for potential candidates as Quality In-charge (Garments) for its factory located near Rupshi, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Quality In-charge to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.
∎ The Quality In-charge will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall quality standard of the factory.
∎ Ensure quality of products manufactured from fit & PP sample stage to final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Assuring the Quality of Knit Garments from Cutting input till finished Products.
∎ Analyze the quality procedure of each and every buyer and get the quality assurance parameter perfectly required for meeting the target quality.
∎ Maintain necessary quality records/documents as required by the customers.
∎ Work closely with buyer's QC on quality requirements and make arrangement with them when to conduct In-line and final inspection.
∎ Keep all procedures well managed and keep the track of quality development records.
∎ Keep close coordination with production floor at all level to put advice in quality maintaining or improvement.
∎ Find problems and participate in decision-making.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
