Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspecting/examining incoming and finished garments from the machine for defects.
∎ Inspecting/examining trimmed garments.
∎ Inspect output samples.
∎ Supervise folding and packaging of garments.
∎ Verification of color on printout issued by design against color on goods.
∎ Propose improvements to the production process.
∎ Train team members on quality control measures.
∎ Report and always keep a detailed record of product defects.
∎ Make recommendations on how to prevent common errors or defects.
∎ Operate the embroidery machine when necessary.
∎ Any other assigned duties.
