Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare marker plans based on approved patterns, fabric width, and order quantity.
Operate CAD software such as winda for marker making.
Ensure maximum marker efficiency to minimize fabric wastage.
Check pattern alignment, grain line, notches, and matching points before finalizing markers.
Maintain correct size ratio and PO quantity in marker planning.
Coordinate with Pattern, Cutting, Planning, and Production teams.
Revise markers when there are pattern or fabric changes.
Maintain marker records, consumption reports, and CAD files.
Support cutting team with marker-related technical issues.
Follow company quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
