Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage QC team in thread production operations.
∎ Develop and implement quality standards and testing procedures.
∎ Monitor thread production processes to ensure quality parameters aremaintained.
∎ Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams for quality improvement.
∎ Maintain and analyze quality reports, test results, and production records.
∎ Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and proper inspection techniques.
∎ Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality systems andcertifications.
∎ Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns when required.
∎ Strong knowledge of thread production machinery, raw materials, and testingequipment.
∎ Proficient in using lab instruments (e.g., twist tester, tensile strength tester).
∎ Good understanding of ISO/QA systems and documentation practices.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The QC In charge will be responsible for overseeing all quality control activities related to thread manufacturing. This role ensures that the products meet the required standards and specifications before reaching the customer. The position demands a strong understanding of quality systems, yarn/thread properties, and production processes.
