We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented professional to join our HR, Admin & Compliance team as Medical Assistant (Female). The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring employee health & safety, maintaining positive workplace relations, and promoting compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and organizational policies. The position requires strong counseling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a supportive and safe work environment for all employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist registered medical practitioners during patient examination and treatment.

• Record patients’ basic health information and vital signs.

• Prepare patients and medical equipment for procedures.

• Maintain medical records and confidentiality.

• Provide basic first aid and emergency support as required.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with workplace health regulations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management in line with the job role
