Educational Requirements:
∎ Have at least a bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
∎ Textile educational background will receive preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Key Requirements:
∎ Dynamic, Strong personality, 5 to 6 years working experience in the field of Apparel Quality Assurance.
∎ Specialized in woven shirts, blouses, and dress production.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English both verbal and written.
∎ Strong knowledge of fabric, fitting, pattern, sewing, size specification, pattern modification, washing and garment construction for bulk production and be able to identify quality issues at early stage and capable to provide technical advice.
∎ Pattern system (Lectra and Gerber) knowledge will be preferable.
∎ Responsible for working closely with the business partners and our merchandising team in providing technical and quality assurance assistance to ensure that all samples and bulk productions are in time and good quality.
∎ Sample evaluation according to customer's requirements and tech pack.
∎ Required to participate in pre-production meetings, carry out in-line and final inspection according to the company's quality control requirements, and to prepare inspection report within the designated timeline.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Controller Assurance, Quality Inspection., Textile
