Job Responsibilities:
∎ To the overall supervision of quality in a shift.
∎ To maintain the quality of production in a shift.
∎ To assist supervision in the overall quality of a shift.
∎ To maintain concerned records and documents.
∎ To follow up on the quality of yarn and the development of new production.
∎ To coordinate with production maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality with customer satisfaction.
∎ To establish SOP for an open and spinning mill to produce good quality yarn.
∎ To follow up on quality of the Yarn, production, development of maintenance.
∎ Plan to establish and implementation of extra good quality yarn.
∎ To ensure best quality yarn and confirm as per customer satisfactions.
∎ To confirm good quality sample with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have experience of workings in similar position for at least 4/5 (five) Years in any 100 % export oriented Rotor and Autocoro industry especially in the Quality control Department.
∎ The Applicants Should have experience in the following Machines :-
∎ Rieter Blow Room and Carding ,Model-Card C 75 or 70.
∎ Rieter Draw Frame Model- RSBD 26 or 50.
∎ Rieter Rotor, Model- R 37 or 36,35
∎ Schlafhorst Autocoro 9 or 8
Salary: Negotiable
