Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment. (Fresh Graduate also welcome)
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software.
∎ Effective communication and reporting skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Quality Control Management:
∎ Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality control system to monitor and ensure product quality at every stage of production.
∎ Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications.
∎ Supervise and lead the quality control team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
∎ 2. Inspection and Testing:
∎ Plan and conduct product inspections, process checks, and quality testing to verify adherence to established quality standards.
∎ Utilize various testing equipment and tools to evaluate product quality and performance.
∎ Document and report all quality-related findings and deviations.
∎ 3. Compliance and Regulations:
∎ Ensure strict compliance with local, national, and international quality and safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
∎ Stay updated on changes in quality regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
∎ 4. Process Improvement:
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with the production team to implement changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
∎ Analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and develop strategies to address them.
∎ 5. Quality Reporting:
∎ Prepare and distribute regular quality control reports to management, highlighting key metrics, areas for improvement, and corrective actions taken.
∎ Communicate quality performance to relevant stakeholders and collaborate to implement improvements.
∎ 6. Training and Development:
∎ Provide training and development opportunities to quality control staff to ensure their continued growth and competence.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness within the team.
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
