Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitored, and ensured quality standards for products in coordination with the department head and production people.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in the process, section-wise, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit and inspection.
∎ Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on time customer feedback in any quality issue.
∎ Provide technical support to the production and sample department.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of customer technical requirement.
∎ Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality-related issues by discussing with the factory and Management.
∎ Deal with customer complaints (if any) and detect faults and recommend corrective action in a timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
∎ Work in collaboration with all teams daily. Besides, candidate must complete the daily work.
∎ Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
∎ Analyze data to identify areas for quality system improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be knowledge Garments Accessories Labels: Woven, Offset, Printing, Thermal, Leather etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/ Audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills in English.
