Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Microbiology.

∎ Job Location: Borobari, Tongi, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of raw materials, finished products, water samples, customer samples, etc. for laboratory analysis.
∎ Sample preparation and analysis as per set Sampling plan.
∎ Collection and maintenance of retention samples and records.
∎ Follow approved Food / Feed laboratory protocols (GLP, Alltech methods, AQS, BIS methods, etc).
∎ Interpretation of analysis results, recording and reporting.
∎ Laboratory inventory (glasswares, consumables, chemicals, etc) & documentation.
∎ Maintenance of lab instruments.
∎ Coordinate with QC Manager in AQS Documentation - SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, etc. Coordinate in NCR reporting, root cause analysis and corrective action for NCRs.
∎ Coordinate for Internal, External & Vendor Audits.
∎ Development and maintenance of HACCP Plan, Food Safety & Legality Plan in lines with AQS & ISO 22000: 2005 requirements.
∎ Coordinate for conduct of quality training programmes and maintenance of records.
∎ Monitoring pest control activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experiences of working in lab in any industry.
∎ Computer literacy and fluency in English is a must
Salary:
∎ Based on industry standard and individual qualifications & experiences
