∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Garments Production, Good communication skills, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team of Quality Control Officers
∎ Quality and Production follow up of the running orders
∎ On field Trouble shooting regarding quality and production
∎ Ensure on time production & shipment of the goods
∎ Ensure Quality of the product as per buyer's requirement
∎ Follow up buyer compliance issues regarding to the production and quality
∎ Advice and trainee QC team members as per requirement
∎ Report to the Head of QC and related department
∎ Daily communication and feedback over Microsoft Teams and if required physically also.
∎ Making a bridge of communication with the company and partner factories
∎ Monitoring and assign duty to the QC officers
∎ Follow up Tier-1 to Tier-3 factories
∎ Cooperation with other departments
∎ Production planning and follow up.
∎ Advice required steps and initiative to get better outputs
∎ Any other assigned duty by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Candidates needs to be fluent in English communication.
∎ Candidates having experience working in European Buying house will get preference.
