Job Context

• Working at a well reputed Liaison office for a European buying house.

• You will be supervising other colleagues in pattern making in the Sampling Department.

• You must have 10+ years experience in pattern making for woven and knit garments.

• You must be able to work independently and guide other team members to perform better.

• You must be able to speak, read and write English fluently

Job Responsibilities

• Well experienced in LECTRA Software

• Strong knowledge of manual and CAD pattern making, grading and shrinkage

• Pattern making as per buyer requirement & grading as per tech pack

• Pattern making and grading from dummy sample until production pattern for knit and woven garments (Men, Women, Children)

• Prepare consumption accurately

• Sound technical knowledge in knit & woven Garments

• Capable to assist Production team.

• Able to work on Pattern Making to Shipment

• Able to calculate Fabric consumption and component usage

• Well experienced on fitting of all kinds of garments

• Communication with factories and on-site visits, including PP meetings

• Communication with European office colleagues.
