• Minimum 3 years working experience as a quality assurance inspector in a reputed factory or buying office.

• Should have managed quality for reputed global brands

• A very good knowledge and experience in identifying quality issues at every stage of the production process including cutting, sewing, finishing and packing. Introduce effective solutions by working with the factory teams closely

• A strong knowledge in woven and knit garment manufacturing across Men’s, Ladies and kid’s apparel. Manufacturing knowledge in Outwear will be a distinct advantage

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Strong communication and presentation skill in English.

• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot, and PowerPoint.

We need Senior quality assurance specialist for Outerwear, Woven and Knit tops and bottoms.

Responsibilities:

• Have a good understanding of customer quality requirements, Company working systems and SOPs, factory capabilities in executing quality garments for specific product category.

• Ensure the required quality standards are achieved in the factory by working closely with the factory teams.

• Be fully involved and responsible for ensuring the required quality standards from raw material audit stage to RAM, Pre-Pro meeting, Pilot Run and bulk production including cutting, sewing, finishing and packing stages.

• Effectively conduct pilot, in line, pre final audits at every stage of the production process to ensure consistent product quality as required by the customer and company standards

• Evaluate Fit, Pre- pro and TOP samples in great detail and attention with the objective of ensuring zero rejections.

• Prepare and present quality assessment reports, inspection summary, records, factory performance reports during weekly meetings and as required to the merchandising and Management teams.

• Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment delivery by sharing daily production status reports and alert delays in shipments in advance.
