Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue report to standard of AQL2.5.
∎ Conduct in-line production check and make reports and update system in daily in to the systems.
∎ After checking of PP hold PP meeting with factory and update systems by 24 hours.
∎ Work closely with factory and merchant/planning team for inspection scheduling and update daily record.
∎ Ensure inspection is complying to customer inspection standard.
∎ Work closely with Garments Technologist/Merchandiser for product checking detail to ensure the products standard.
∎ Should ensure the products standard with the approved customer sealer sample.
∎ Take charge of overall of quality assurance functions of delivering products and responsible for the quality of the produced.
∎ Find problems in garments and find out the root cause analysis from needle point to solved the issues.
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered are in line with the needs and company's objects.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes:
∎ PP sample checking procedure/Inline and final audit AQL as per requires standard.
∎ Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following technical specifications (AQLs:
∎ Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with quality practices.
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
∎ Should have experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory (Mainly Outer Wear Woven Garments/Jackets/lined shirts, Knit etc.).
∎ Supervising/ monitoring and follow-up the product in manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure production as per the customer's requirement followed by quality (Ensure product quality as per specification and using Factory sealer as minimum standard.
∎ Production Reporting to the company system by 24 Hour.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have skill to writing report in English.
∎ Able to issue inspection report in English
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
∎ Attention to details
∎ Available for travel when necessary
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
