Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Compliance/HRM will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Audit, HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance and Audit in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labour Laws' requirements from Compliance point of view.
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of, SMETA, Social Ethical audit, Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 & 45001:2018
∎ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audits at factories.
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Ensure no Force Employment occurred in the factories.
∎ Ensure Employment of No Child/Child Looking Workers are in practice.
∎ Ensure Compliance related MIS are properly maintained & updated.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors' certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up all corrective actions have been taken/followed up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions; those will get objects of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere to the buyer's compliance inspection.
∎ Liaise with merchandising, Production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on Labour Law, Legal Compliance etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Compliance, Health and Safety Management, Certification Audits.
∎ Knowledge of HIGG modules and preparing all sorts of Audits Documentation will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative
∎ Should be familiar with ISO and other CoC.
∎ Should have the ability to face different buyer's audits.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound language proficiency in Bangla & English
