∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the integrated GMP standard of food industry in the shop floor.
∎ Ensure day-to-day quality operation activities such as sampling, testing, reporting of RM, PM , Semi-Finished and finished products to meet customer satisfactions of all products.
∎ Ensure proper In-Process inspection during batch preparation /forming and packing & deviation records for further reference.
∎ Ensuring analysis of Raw material / Packing Material / Finished products according to QMS is done by the QC lab.
∎ On time reporting, monitoring & verification of all lab instruments/equipment’s and establishment of analytical method is done by DFL regularly.
∎ Calibration & verification of all measuring instruments as per SOP. Ensure compliance with manufacturing company’s QA.
∎ Maintaining IPC and quality assurance records.
∎ Sensory evaluation of finished product.
∎ Developing the SOP and checklist for in process check .
∎ Complete validation of process equipment with standard parameters as well as Lab instrument. Comply with DFL team.
∎ Supplier audit as per QMS protocol.
∎ Market survey and warehouse audit as per GWP.
∎ Participate in the new product development (NPD) activities for evaluating the quality & process, also share the observations as per the Production Trial procedure. Documentation and recipe development for NPD.
∎ Ensuring food Hygiene and safety by strictly monitoring overall cleaning, hygiene and safety of workers, products and maintaining data.
∎ Preparing necessary documents for ISO/HACCP
∎ Tracking of market complaints and take necessary action to reduce them to an acceptable range etc.
∎ Training to the IPC people and SFE’s .
