Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must ensure standard quality for sweater production from sample developments to the final inspection.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge of sweater yarns and the production process.
∎ Technical knowledge about lab tests (physical and chemical).
∎ Capable of communicating with customers, merchandisers, technical managers, and production managers to ensure good product quality as per buyer's quality requirements.
∎ Must be capable of risk assessments.
∎ Must be capable of conducting PP meetings, in-line checks, pilot runs, and AQL checks to meet quality as per buyers' standards.
∎ Proper knowledge to reduce garments defects, analyze the problem and solve the quality issues with proper CAP.
∎ Must be capable of training factory QC for any new procedure/requirement per the management's instructions.
∎ Must be capable of understanding the quality & technical audits from buyers and take necessary arrangements to ensure the CAP.
∎ Must be capable to maintain the final inspection good pass rate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years of work experience in a sweater factory.
