Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for production, quality assurance and on-time delivery.
∎ Candidate needs to have a mass knowledge about cost management.
∎ Candidate should be able to develop new production methods to maximize productivity.
∎ Candidate should be able to make a perfect "Time and Action Plan" to ensure on-time shipment with acceptable quality.
∎ Candidate should be able to verify Production layout of individual style and adjustment by balancing the machine and skilled operatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have experience in the Sweater production.
∎ Minimum 5 years as production manager in a large, reputed sweater factory.
∎ Good management perception and work independently.
