Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D

Additional Requirements:
  • Min 10 years’ experience in garment QA work overall, thereof a significant period as a QALead.
  • University graduate in related discipline.
  • Cost conscious and results orientated.
  • Good leadership and decision-making skills, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • PDM knowledge.
  • 3D knowledge.


Responsibilities & Context:

To lead and guide a team of Technical Product Development to achieve, maintain and improve the quality standard during product development process as well as during the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide and train a team of Technical Product Developers.
  • Assess performances of each team member on a regular basis and make recommendations for improvements or development.
  • Set KPIs for the team and individual goals for each member.
  • Ensure team follows all OI guidelines and achieves KPIs set
  • Plan budget for team and align with management
  • Take responsibility and supervise cost management including staff costs, trip planning, model costs and other expenses.
  • Be responsible for time management within the team and ensure process is done with maximum efficiency.
  • Handle quality issues / concerns with customers and suppliers directly.
  • Be a consultant on all technical issues internally of OI and externally with customers.
  • Fully understand customer set up, processes & quality requirements and transfer knowledge and updates on regular basis to teams.
  • Communicate and follow up on all product quality related topics, concerns, complaints and claims to teams and provide solutions for them.
  • Arrange and conduct seasonal reviews with teams and initiate changes and improvements on processes and KPIs if needed.
  • Handle and follow up on any other task assigned by supervisor.
