Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering or related field. Most importantly must have leadership quality and understand value of ownership.

• Experience in conducting quality inspections and implementing quality control measures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in textile and garment manufacturing industry is a plus

Hamid Tex Fashion Ltd. is a WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and RSC, GMP, Oeko Tex, ISO Compliant entity that specializes in trousers manufacturing. With a maximum capacity of 20,000 trousers per day, we manufacture dress pants, semi-casual, and casual pants.

Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh.
• The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of the manufacturing process, conducting quality inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with production teams to maintain product standards.
• Qualifications Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes and garment industry standards.
