Experience:

• Most important: Understand and can take ownership

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from product development through to order shipment.

• Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and suppliers to ensure clarity and timely flow of information.

• Oversee costing, sampling, order placement, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.

• Evaluate and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

• Ensure adherence to compliance, testing, and documentation requirements as per buyer standards.

• Ensure coordination warehouse; monitor inventory report from warehouse on a regular basis.

• Also, you need to prepare style coloring report at the end of a style completely shipped out.

• Facilitate timely goal setting across all departments of the plant by providing support to implement corporate guidelines on the goal-setting process.
