Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the IE department of a Trouser factory: Denim, non-denim and complicated Cargo.
- Assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability for output quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies to for line balancing and improvement.
- Oversee and validate machine layouts as per operation bulletin to ensure smooth production setup.
- Provide necessary support and arrange training for operators and staff to enhance skills, maintain productivity, and control overtime.
- Maintain KPI, reward success and train to improve failures.
- Train and supervise work study officers on time and motion study techniques to simplify operations and improve efficiency.
