• Bangladeshi national, college degree or above. Majors in science/engineering, textiles, industrial engineering, or quality-related disciplines are preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English, able to read ISO standards and communicate with the China team in English. Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing reports and documents independently.

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, detail-oriented, patient, with good communication, coordination, and learning abilities.

• Experience in textile / nonwoven / garment / protective clothing factories is highly preferred.

• Under the guidance of the Chinese management team in Bangladesh, participate in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the factory’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

• Assist the China Quality Manager in implementing quality policies, procedures, and forms developed by the China head office/team in the Bangladesh factory.

• Take charge of translation, localization, and communication of QMS documents in the Bangladesh plant, and provide basic training to local managers and frontline workers.

• Conduct routine quality patrol inspections (incoming materials, production process, finished goods, warehousing, etc.) as required by the QMS and Chinese managers; record findings, report issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Manage quality records, including incoming inspection, first article inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, nonconforming product handling, and customer complaint handling, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and traceable, and accessible to Chinese management at any time.

• Assist the China team in organizing internal audits: arrange audits according to the audit plan, accompany auditors, prepare internal audit reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.

• Support preparation for customer audits and certification body audits, including document preparation, on-site accompaniment, issue consolidation, and corrective action tracking.

• Regularly collect and summarize quality data (defect rates, return rates, customer complaints, etc.) and report to the China Quality Manager as required.

• Promote on-site standardization and 5S management, including signage, first-piece confirmation, display of reference fabrics/garments, and visual management on the shop floor.

• Perform other quality management-related tasks assigned by the China Quality Manager and factory management.
