Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes in the organization
∎ 2.Ensure all procedures are controlled as to their validity, accuracy and adequacy to ensure current versions are made available to all user points.
∎ 3.Ensure procedure changes are approved for adequacy by relevant authority and changes and revision status are identified in all documents.
∎ 4.Ensure all formats / checklists / tags / registers / work instructions are controlled as to their issue and use.
∎ 5.Carryout regular internal audits to ensure SOP’s are carried out by the departments as planned.
∎ 6.Report nonconformities to management and initiate corrective actions to improve the quality system.
∎ 7.Carryout Health & Safety, product safety and Buyer Technical audits.
∎ 8.Assist Management Representative in coordinating with external auditors on planned audits and compliance.
∎ 9.Carryout regular data accuracy audits to ensure performance data is without error and reflect the actual performance levels.
∎ 10.Communicate the effectiveness of the Process Management System throughout the organization.
∎ 11.Assist the Manager QMS in day to day activities.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
