Should have experience as QMS Auditor with relevant manufacturing experience
Should know MS Office programs
Fluently written and spoken English
Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Robust personality able to work under pressure
Attention to details
Available for travel when necessary
Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate should be very good in English & Bangla communication and should have good command on MS Word, Excel & Power Point. It will be a Head Office Based position but have to work in Narayangonj & Gazipur Factories. Most importantly Candidate must have to mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Should Have Knowledge About 5S, 6 Sigma.
Should know MMR issue & QMS standard.
Should know overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to Buyer
Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for Buyer
Should have defect detecting & controlling capacity
Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
To ensure that quality of garments delivered to buyer are in line with their needs and company`s objects.
Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production
Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
