• Should have experience as QMS Auditor with relevant manufacturing experience
• Should know MS Office programs
• Fluently written and spoken English
• Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Robust personality able to work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Available for travel when necessary
• Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model

Candidate should be very good in English & Bangla communication and should have good command on MS Word, Excel & Power Point. It will be a Head Office Based position but have to work in Narayangonj & Gazipur Factories. Most importantly Candidate must have to mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should Have Knowledge About 5S, 6 Sigma.

• Should know MMR issue & QMS standard.

• Should know overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to Buyer

• Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for Buyer

• Should have defect detecting & controlling capacity

• Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.

• To ensure that quality of garments delivered to buyer are in line with their needs and company`s objects.

• Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.

• Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.

• Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production

• Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems

• Mobile bill,Medical allowance,Insurance
