∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Production, Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have deep knowledge of Leather & PVC goods production.
∎ Having knowledge about Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and per-shipment and final Inspection.
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures that would minimize costs
∎ Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.
∎ Having knowledge of 4-point Quality Control System.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged for inspection of product quality.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
