Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

• Candidates from public universities are strongly encouraged to apply

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Call Center

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Metal Panel Building Design & Detailing.

• Previous overseas CAD drafting experience is a strong plus.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe

• Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Revit experience is highly preferred and desired. Candidates with Revit knowledge will have a strong advantage, as it is widely used for: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Creating 3D models for better design visualization

• Coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to reduce errors.

• Develop and maintain quality control systems ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate with the Design Team and manage QC processes for all design and detailing tasks.

• Manage project-related quality control activities and reporting.

• Identify training needs and support skill development within the QC team.

• Prepare and present QC reports to management.

• Prepare erection drawings using the latest version of AutoCAD.

• Analyze and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and design standards.

• Ensure accurate and complete final drawings before release.

• Conduct volume calculations, site drawings, and detailed plan sets.

• Apply sound judgment in reviewing deliverables and making technical decisions.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers.

• Work efficiently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
