Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ To monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality control measures.
∎ To identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in the manufacturing process and take corrective measures as necessary.
∎ To perform visual and physical tests on products to assess their overall quality.
∎ To prepare detailed reports on quality control activities, including findings, analyses, and recommendations.
∎ To monitor manufacturing processes and machinery to ensure they are operating within established parameters and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
∎ To work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and research and development, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
∎ To ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
∎ To promote a culture of safety and quality consciousness among employees.
∎ To maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspection results, and production data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexibility in work hours, as some repairs may be required during non-standard hours.
