∎ Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ Job Date: Immediate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality management of the factories ensuring required quality standards.
∎ Effectively Lead the quality team with confidence and be an example at all times.
∎ Ensure consistent quality standards in factories using effective strategies and systems.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality management reports.
∎ Work closely with factories as partners to achieve quality assurance-related goals in the factory.
∎ Effectively manage the team with the objective of enhancing their productivity & efficiency.
∎ Implement the latest quality management tools to help manage factories efficiently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years of working experience in quality assurance with a minimum of 5 years as quality supervisor/Manager handling the above job responsibilities.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Quality management systems.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer skills with a working knowledge to prepare and generate reports.
∎ Be fluent in spoken and written English as ours is an English working environment.
∎ A team player who could build excellent working relationships with factories and the team.
∎ Good references with the highest level of Integrity.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: Above Market range for the right candidate.
