∎ Job Date: Immediate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for social & safety compliance of factories in Bangladesh
∎ Conduct training programs and guide factories to understand buyers' requirements on social & safety compliances.
∎ Ensure compliance at factories with constant monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation processes.
∎ Analyze the root cause of the shortfalls, suggest remedial action, and follow up on progress.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly compliance status and progress reports by factory.
∎ Effectively communicate with suppliers, 3rd party auditors, and brands on compliance matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth experience in conducting social compliance audits for major US Brands.
∎ Sound knowledge of Structural, fire & Safety audits
∎ Good knowledge of computers, office systems, and relevant working tools
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English as ours is an English working environment.
∎ Excellent report writing skills- (Compliance audit reports).
∎ Willingness to travel.
∎ Work independently with the least supervision
∎ Good references with the highest level of Integrity.
