Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/professional accounting degree in the relevant subjects.
∎ Must have a relevant accounting qualification and minimum 4 years relevant experience to efficiently execute the above job responsibilities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Buying House.
∎ Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ Job Date: Immediate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all banking functions and supplier payments.
∎ Follow up with banks and execute LC issuance/amendments etc.
∎ Manage all local and international payments.
∎ Prepare Payroll (Current staff of 15 members).
∎ Effective communication with local suppliers, foreign buyers and banks on all financial matters.
∎ Manage petty cash.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly accounting reports on sales, expenses and projections.
∎ Prepare yearly and quarterly financial budgets.
∎ Manage basic HR functions such as maintaining HR files, hiring and promotions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position handling above job responsibilities.
∎ Must have an accounting qualification.
∎ Good knowledge in computers and relevant working tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written English as ours is an English working environment.
∎ Should have leadership traits as this is a middle management role.
∎ Must have good reference with highest level of Integrity.
Salary:
∎ Salary Range: Above Market range for the right candidate.
