∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 8-10 years (working experience in buying office will be an advantage)
∎ Proven experience in both Woven & Knit
∎ Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing process and washing process
∎ Good knowledge production planning, close monitoring & follow-up the every step & process of production up to shipment with best quality standard
∎ Strong problem solving skills and ability to conduct inline, pre-final & final inspections
∎ Capabilities to handle all type samples requirement of buyer
∎ Strong leadership capability to work with factory production management team.
∎ Good English communication skills and report writing
