∎ Graduations/ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidates who have experience in Knit, Woven & Sweater items.
∎ Specially experience in Woven and padding jacket item is preferable.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and reporting of "high risk" products on workmanship.
∎ The candidates should have experience to authorize and monitor 3rd party inspections to improve quality performance at factory.
∎ Should have enough experience to conduct Final Inspection/In-line inspection in favor of direct customer independently. Also have to have enough experience to do random bulk fabric checking for WOVEN & KNIT both before mass cutting.
∎ Responsible to provide daily quality performance metrics for all factories and participate in weekly meetings through video/zoom and whatsapp .
∎ Responsible for successfully onboarding and sourcing new factories for company.
∎ The candidates should have used to coordinate with Merchant Team in order to smooth order execution from sample development to shipments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experienced in both Garments and Buying Offices
∎ The candidates should have experience in the following area(s):Garments Factory and Buying House both
∎ Must have good communication skills in English in written and spoken both to manage and explain to foreigner colleague
∎ The candidates who can join immediately, will be preferable.
