Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic professionals and smart candidates for the post of Manager - Marketing & Merchandising for our 100% Export Oriented Knit Factory located in Narayanganj area.
∎ The ideal candidates must have honesty, sincerity, training ability, Tenacious, problem solving skills and leadership quality of having supervising a team with 8-10 merchandising members who can handle minimum order volume of 3.00-3.50 million USD monthly.
∎ Must have practical knowledge of servicing medium brands of retailers/customers mainly in Europe market who has liaison/Trading office in Dhaka.
∎ Good understanding on all kind of knit products including cost analysis, consumption, material cost, present cotton/yarn market in globally, also must have enough knowledge on knit fabrics including knitting, dyeing, finishing and other process as well.
∎ Excellent communication skills/command in both verbal and written in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure and used to work in fast-track/ERP and in all other system.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new customer/new territories/look for new business opportunities
∎ Good communication skills to convince customer/buying offices.
∎ Advance production line booking/line plan/Production follow-up to ensure on time deliveries.
∎ Must have practical experience on all kind of light & heavy knit item's production process, testing method, risk, barrier to achieve quality standard.
∎ Manage team members, internal multi department associates, customers and buying offices.
∎ Weekly review orders status with team and bring all hidden issues/problems to the light.
∎ Good sourcing of Raw Materials at sharper prices in locally and abroad, counter develop to increase gross margin for company.
∎ Watch out and follow-up regular activities of the team and on time material/accessories booking.
∎ Must have knowledge of coordinating on audits, compliance, Admin, R&D, Planning, IE, quality teams of factory.
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices, ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the company.
∎ Commitment is the most important to measure your performance and customer's/buying office's confidence on you as well.
∎ And any others assignment given by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have enough experience in the Knit Composite Factory and Buying offices both.
∎ Minimum 5-6 years of managerial position experience in a reputed Knit Composite Factory.

Salary: Negotiable
