∎ QA Auditor
∎ QA Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thoroughly conduct Final Inspection as per AQL
∎ Follow up all quality points ,process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP
∎ Asist QA head with data /metrics for Quality Audit ,Quality management system develop & factory Capacity & capability Metrix
∎ Evaluating Production stages & testing the composition, appearance &functionality of completed Products
∎ Tracks & reports on implementation of Corrective Action Plans
∎ Train DQA as per our quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline
∎ Develop Process quality ,Process Simplification & advice to respective factory for better execution.
∎ Monitor Risk Assessment every styles & analyze problem logs to identify and prepare appropriate report
∎ Plan ,execute & verify Inspection ,testing report of incoming & outgoing product to confirm Quality conformance to specifications & quality deliverables
∎ Thoroughly Review QC file & BLACK SEAL /GOLD seal Sample with BULK production & ensure construction accordingly
∎ Ensure Quality compliance & cost effectiveness of the supply chain
∎ Review GOLD seal Sample /SHIPMENT samples with buyer specification
∎ Identify Quality drive gaps by using process mapping & other applicable measurement tools
∎ Evaluation test report & coordination with Fabric/Wash tech accordingly
∎ Preparing & presenting Quality audit reports to HOD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English both written & email communication
∎ Advanced skills on MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
