∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Communication with internal and external team
∎ Development Progress Chart, Buyer progress Chart
∎ Working for sampling & trims approval process
∎ Buying sample submission and arrange styling and trims approval comments
∎ Review monthly trend book & color palette
∎ Fabric sourcing based on mode book & send designer for selection
∎ Sharing sample requisition in ERP & getting sewing and sample submission plan
∎ Selected fabric booking & arrange on time inhouse to secure range build
∎ Follow-up for tech pack with designer based on fabric sourcing according to T&A
∎ Sourcing trims as per design pack
∎ Review Design pack with Technical team
∎ Review sample with relevant team before dispatch to customer
∎ Sample submission for selection meeting
∎ Fabric quality hanger submission and approval
∎ Doing costing with factory & cost confirmation from buyer
∎ OCS approval, Preparing File
∎ Risk Assessment meeting
∎ Getting sample, strike off & trims approval from customer
∎ Sales review meeting & action plan
∎ Production Planner
∎ Fabric Backing as per Planner
∎ Capacity Allocation with Planning Team
∎ Delivery Quotation with NUK & FTY
∎ New PCCR Sent to FTY with Agreed CP
∎ CP Tracking With FTY
∎ Sample Follow Up with Fty and DSL Team
∎ Shipment Follow Up With FTY
∎ Checking DSL System (Exception Dashboard) Issue solving
∎ Update Shipment Forecast
∎ Mail Communication with BO & FTY
∎ Production Progress with Factory, DSL Team, Buyer
∎ Share Exception Chart with GT & FT(DSL)
∎ Share Shipment Forecast with QA Team
∎ PI & PO Raised on System
∎ Any kind of instruction from our higher management
