Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Nutrition, Chemistry from Public
∎ Masters from any reputed university
∎ Candidates having certification on ISO/HACCP/Food safety Management System will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish company's quality procedure standard, update test procedure, and specification.
∎ Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard.
∎ Prepare reagent and check its strength for analytical works.
∎ Prepare a report on the refused products as per policy.
∎ Check and prepare analytical report of retention sample on regular basis
∎ Monitor both local & International Food safety standards
∎ Check and ensure online QC report, monitoring pest control activities and healthy sanitation & hygiene condition everywhere.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on the line.
∎ Ensure calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and other apparatus.
∎ Direct & Control Q.C. lab & department & customer focus
∎ Development in process, product, Quality, System & customer needs.
∎ Controlling cost through continuous R&D and trials.
∎ Ensuring the result of inspection in accordance with project quality plan.
∎ Quality and Inspection of incoming materials, from work inspection, coordination with client for inspection.
∎ Developing the formula to increase the quality of the product.
∎ Reduction the rejection, breakage, green stage wastage and loss by taking care on during and after manufacturing.
∎ Controlling, analysing, and improving process parameters variation using statistical techniques for continuous improvements in product quality.
∎ Co-ordination with marketing department, Government Bodies like BSTI, Food safety Authority and other 3rd party inspection agencies.
∎ Preparation of monthly management report and data analysis as per the higher management requirement.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

∎ Minimum 4 years working experience in the field of Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Excellent working knowledge in computer and internet
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skill
∎ Good team player, well organized, has initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc.
∎ Candidate having experience on Chocolate, Sauce, ketchup, Snacks products will be given preference
