Responsibilities & Context:
To handle all patient concerns and pro-actively ensure all patients` needs are met.
Dealing patients, directors and shareholders smartly.
Dealing with consultants regarding any issues.
Answers patients’ inquiries about the Hospital policies, procedures, patients’ rights and responsibilities, available services and coordinates between Departments when required.
Conducts patient satisfaction surveys and issues accordingly analysis reports to manager for review and approval.
