• Proven experience in public relations, with a strong ability to handle government and private sector interactions.
• Knowledge of legal procedures and ability to represent the company before courts and law enforcement agencies.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with landowners, media, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Project management experience is a plus, especially related to land area-based projects.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team at One Direction Companies Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining effective relationships with various organizations (both government and private) and individuals. Additionally, the role involves overseeing land-based projects, representing the company in court or with law enforcement, and handling media interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure smooth public relations with government bodies, private organizations, and key stakeholders for the benefit of the company.

• Act as in-charge of assigned land area-based projects, overseeing and managing all relevant activities.

• Conduct meetings with media, landowners, and other stakeholders, ensuring successful negotiations and positive outcomes for the company.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings before the court and interact with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

• Maintain and update all necessary records related to PR activities and project management.

• Negotiate on behalf of the company with external parties as required to ensure smooth execution of projects and positive relationships.

• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams to ensure all public relations activities are aligned with company goals.

• Prepare reports for the management, providing updates on ongoing public relations activities and project progress.

• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or Honorable Management Authority.
