∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
∎ Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as required.
∎ Contact with different Embassies/Govt. or non-Govt. offices for any official program.
∎ Prepare Visa related all docs, Air ticket & Hotel Booking for the Managing Director.
∎ Report to the Managing Director, the Department Head and required Top Management on different issues of HO & Park.
∎ Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised.
∎ Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department heads.
∎ To perform any other task, assign by the management as and when required.
