• Candidate who has the political background will get preference.

• Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, government offices, and external stakeholders.
• Arrange and accompany the Chairman to official, political, and social events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and political matters.
• Prepare briefing notes and background materials for meetings.
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, projects, and commitments.
• Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for local and overseas trips.
• Handle protocol requirements and manage high-profile guest visits.
• Arrange Chairman’s political programmes & media collaboration.
• Always prepare to travel with Chairman to domestically & internationally.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chairman.
• Any task assigned by the Top Management.
