Responsibilities & Context:
- Source and select suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely supply.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Monitor and control inventory levels; conduct regular stock counts.
- Verify product quality and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Track costs, prevent wastage, and stay within budget.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and company policies.
