∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide daily technical support for all computer systems, POS machines, printers, CCTV, routers, and other IT infrastructure.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Monitor network performance and maintain internet connectivity across all departments.
∎ Ensure proper data backup and system security protocols are followed.
∎ Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate repair or replacement of faulty equipment.
∎ Design and develop all digital and print materials (e.g. banners, flyers, menus, posters, table tents, social media creatives).
∎ Assist marketing and management teams with visual content creation aligned with brand identity.
∎ Update and maintain visual assets across all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
∎ Edit photos and videos for promotional and branding purposes when required.
∎ Website & Social Media Support Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website and social media pages with content and visuals.
∎ Support in designing and uploading promotional banners and event visuals online.
∎ Ensure proper branding consistency across all online channels.
∎ Maintain records of all designs, media files, and IT maintenance logs.
∎ Collaborate with departments to understand creative and technical requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on IT support and design output.
∎ Support in digital presentations and audio-visual setups during events or meetings.
∎ Assist in implementing new software or systems as required by the management.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
