Responsibilities & Context:

Golden Containers Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for:

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR database, attendance, leave records and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare the monthly salary sheet, including attendance verification, overtime calculation, deductions and final payroll summary for management approval.
  • Support in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, ID cards and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and welfare issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures, investigation reports and issuing notices when required.
  • Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, overtime sheets and prepare reports for management.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities including office maintenance, housekeeping, logistics and supplies.
  • Maintain office inventory, stationery, utility bills and ensure timely procurement as per company procedures.
  • Handle visitors, phone calls, courier services and ensure front-desk operations run efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events and official programs including preparing meeting minutes.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, equipment and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain various administrative registers, documentation and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required.
  • Execute management instructions and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
