• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Agro project development, Agro Business management or rural enterprise development.
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting and execution in the agriculture sector.Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites.

The Project Manager - Agro Business Development, will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing agro-based projects from inception to implementation. This role involves market research, project feasibility assessment, stakeholder engagement, budgeting and overall project management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for new agro business projects aligned with company goals.

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for agricultural ventures (e.g., crop production, livestock, fisheries or agro-processing).

• Prepare project proposals, budgets and implementation plans.

• Oversee project execution, monitor progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

• Build partnerships with farmers, suppliers, government agencies, NGOs and financial institutions.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with all agricultural, environmental and labor regulations.

• Report project performance, financial updates and impact assessments to management regularly.

• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure effective coordination and productivity.
