Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, preferably in the Agro-chemical industry.

  • Ability to analyze audience segments and optimize content accordingly.

  • Networking skills with external stakeholders and agencies.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensuring a remarkable presence in digital platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other crowded Bangladeshi networks to create an audience.

  • Define, implement and execute an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy and bring target audiences to our website, Facebook page and YouTube channels. Keeping up to date with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), news/blogs and looking for ways to improve our content.

  • Optimize website for inbound activity tracking, content review, updating, and site monitoring and reporting with the help of agencies and the MIS dept.

  • Develop and implement communication plans in various ATL and BTL channels along with digital platforms to brand the Crop Care business to stakeholders.

  • Preparation of marketing communication and public relations material, including drafting of website pages, power-point preparation, articles research & company news drafting etc.

  • Analyzing audience segments to fully understand the target audience for any content & ensuring all content is well optimized.

  • Managing SMS and email marketing for the internal and external customers as and when required.

  • Being responsible for developing new apps for the business with the MIS department to digitalize the business process where possible.

  • Creating a strong Brand Identity and a brand Guideline/Manual for Crop Care business & continuously track, deal with and ensure the identity in a consistent manner through every communication - internal, external, corporate and PR.

  • Managing the call center and Customer Relationship Management and ensuring feedback is being properly managed.

  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
