1. Receiving raw material,Packing materials,spare parts, consumable as per purchase documents.

2. Verify Quantity,Quality,Batch Number and Expiry date during receipt.

3. Ensure FIFO/FEFO system strictly Followed.

4. Maintain Proper bin cards,stock registers and location wise stacking.

5. Ensure Correct segregation of raw materials,chemicals,additives and finished goods.

6. Maintain daily stock blance of all items,

7. Conduct monthly / quarterly physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock.

8. Report about shortage,excess,damages,pilferage or expiry immediately to superior.

9. Monitor minimum stock level,record level and safety stock.

10. Issuing material against approved requisitions only.

11. Ensure correct weighment and documentation during material issue.

12. Coordinate with production for daily consumption during material issue.

13. Coordinate with production for daily consumption planning.

14. Support dispatch of finished feed with delivery challan and gatepass.

15. Prepare and maintain.

    • GRN ( Goods Receive Note)

    • Stock Ledger.

16. Update all transactions in ERP/Inventory software/Excel accurately and timely

17. Ensure compliance with

    • Feed safety & quality standars.

    • ISO 22000 requirements.

18. Maintain Cleanliness,pest control and fire safety inside store area.

19. Prepare daily/Weekly/monthly stock reports.

20. Assist Store in charge during audit,inspection & Management review.
