Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare yearly production plan and budget for hatchery operation.

  • Implement the production plan and achieve the profit target as per approved budget.

  • Delegate production activity to the respective persons and ensure their job accomplishment through regular monitoring and follow up.

  • Coordinate with sales team for smooth sale of the produced products and strive for continuous improvement of product quality and customer service.

  • Ensure the compliance of organizational and government regulatory requirements in all aspects of hatchery operation.

  • Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with the respective management.

  • Keep effective liaison with all internal and external stakeholders for smooth operation of the hatchery

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management
