• Ledding sustainable wild honey collection operations in the Sundarbans mangrove region

• Coordinating with local Mouals (traditional honey collectors) for ethical harvesting practices

• Ensuring compliance with forest regulations and biodiversity conservation standards

• Managing logistics, procurement, quality control, and supply chain distribution

• Implementing safety protocols to mitigate risks related to wildlife and tidal conditions

• Developing market linkages to promote organic and forest-based honey products

• Oversaw budgeting, stakeholder communication, and reporting

• Organizing trained honey collectors for seasonal harvesting

• Ensuring sustainable extraction methods to protect mangrove ecosystems

• Facilitating permits and compliance with forest department guidelines

• Monitoring productivity, safety measures, and income enhancement for local communities

• Establishing branding and marketing strategies for premium forest honey

• Creating partnerships with cooperatives and fair-trade organizations
